WebAsyst Mail allows you to add the "Unsubscribe" link to outgoing emails. It helps the recipients to choose not to receive further emails from your address if they desire so. However, some of your recipients may discover that the "Unsubscribe" link is not working, i.e. the subscription management page does not open in a browser when the link is clicked on.
Remember that the "Unsubscribe" link only works for recipients included in one or more contact lists selected before the dispatch of the email. Contact lists must be created using WebAsyst Contacts prior to composing a message. To select a list of recipients when composing an email message, click on the "Lists" link under the "To" field, tick the necessary list items and click on "Close" to close the lists selection area as shown in the picture:

Except for lists, email messages containing the "Unsubscribe" link can also be sent to individual contacts. To select recipients individually, click on the button with a black triangle arrow to the right of the "To" field, click on the necessary contacts in the list to add them to the list of recipients and then click on "Close" to close the contacts selection window.
Note: If you directly type recipients' email addresses into the "To" field, the "Unsubscribe" link will not work, therefore selecting existing contacts or contact lists is recommended.
