How WebAsyst SMS messaging works

  1. WebAsyst sends a message to an SMS gateway.
  2. The SMS gateway forwards the message to network operators.
  3. A network operator delivers the message to a mobile phone.
  4. WebAsyst requests a receipt from the SMS gateway.
  5. The SMS gateway confirms delivery and returns a receipt.
  6. If an SMS cannot be delivered, the SMS gateway returns the code of appropriate error.
  7. WebAsyst keeps logs of all SMS messages sent and bills only the delivered ones.
