How to receive customers' feedback from Shop-Script in Help Desk

Messages sent by your customers using the feedback form in WebAsyst Shop-Script are redirected to the email address specified in field «General email address of your store» in section "Settings -> Settings -> General". Instead of processing such messages with an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, etc.), you may configure WebAsyst Help Desk to receive customer requests. To do so, set up the above-mentioned email address in section "Settings -> Email boxes". All messages which your customer will send using the feedback form will appear in the Help Desk request list.

Tip: If you are using the WebAsyst Help Desk online service, you may create a new email address based on your account's domain name accountname.webasyst.net (e.g., support@accountname.webasyst.net) in section "Settings -> Email boxes» and specify it in the settings of your online store. In this case you will not have to use an external mail box and will be able to completely handle the correspondence with your customers within your WebAsyst account.
