When publishing a large number of web pages with WebAsyst Pages you may need to first prepare their contents and then make all pages available to users at once. To achieve that, follow the below instructions:
- Pages that are not nested inside others (i.e. those located in the root of the page hierarchy) should be saved with the "Published" option disabled.
- All other pages nested inside them should be saved as "published".
Note: A "published" page is not available to users while at least one of its parent pages is marked as unpublished!
- As soon as all necessary pages have been created, publish the top-level pages:
- select menu item "Page... -> Organize Pages";
- on the page that opens select the first item "<root>" from the "Level" labeled drop-down list;
- in the page list below select the top-level pages that were left unpublished in step 1 described above and click on "Publish";
- after the page reloads click on "Save".
