If WebAsyst Shop-Script is installed on a web-hosting server, your customers' email addresses may be automatically replaced by the default address of your web-hosting account when they send an inquiry about a product from your online storefront. This may hinder timely response to the customers' requests as the store owner cannot see their email addresses.
To disable such replacement, add your store's general email address specified in backend section "Settings -> Settings -> General" in field "General email address of your store" to the list of senders' addresses for which no replacement of the "From" field should be performed. This setting may be available in your web-hosting account interface. Should you have no such setting option in your account, please contact the web-hosting company's support team for assistance.
