Missing images and CSS in the storefront

After the installing or moving WebAsyst Shop-Script to another server its storefront may be displayed without design graphics and CSS styles applied as shown in the picture:

As a rule, this is caused by an incorrect path specified in the "Relative path to WebAsyst installation dir" field in WebAsyst Installer section "Settings -> General Settings". Enter the valid path to the directory WebAsyst is installed in and save the changes.

Tip: As a path to the WebAsyst installation directory you need to specify the part of the URL which is added to your domain name when you open the administrator account login page. Examples:

• if the account login page URL has the form http://domain.com/login/, then the "Relative path to WebAsyst installation dir" field should contain a single slash character / or be left empty;
• if the account login page URL has the form http://domain.com/new/login/, then the "Relative path to WebAsyst installation dir" field should contain the name of the subdirectory WebAsyst is installed in, i.e. /new/.
