The built-in design editor in Shop-Script allows you to quickly add any text (e.g., a phone number, an announcement, a banner, etc.) to your online storefront. For this purpose, the custom HTML embedding function is used.
To add the desired text to the storefront, open backend section "Design -> Design editor" and click "Edit" next to the selected template. Then select the necessary tab in the editor: "General layout" (text will be displayed on all pages), "Home page" (text will be added on the main page only), "Product info" (text will be displayed on pages with detailed product information).
On the selected tab, click the "Custom HTML code" link in the right-hand vertical pane and enter the desired text in the text field provided:

Tip: instead of plain text you may enter any HTML code which is supposed to display some visual content: texts, images, decorative elements, etc.
When you have entered your text (or HTML code), click "Embed in template", this will display new content in a rectangle area as shown in the picture:

Then use your mouse cursor to drag-and-drop that area to the desired location within the editor's canvas:

Click "Save template" in order to save the updated storefront design.
