Diagnostics of failed emails messages

When you send an email message to several recipients (e.g., a newsletter to your customers), it is important to know whether it has indeed been sent to all specified email addresses. If any problems occur during sending (e.g., because of server errors or attempts to send a message to unsubscribed contacts), WebAsyst Mail will log relating diagnostic messages for further analysis.

In order to find out whether a message marked as "sent" has been sent to all specified recipients, open that message in WebAsyst Mail. If any errors have occurred, the number of failed addresses will appear at the page top:

To view more details about those email addresses and the occurred errors, click the message displayed in red font:

The "Unsubscribed" caption to the right of the email addresses in the picture above means that those contacts have chosen not to receive email messages from your account (using the "Unsubscribe" link).
