To report an illegal or inappropriate website

If you have found a website using WebAsyst Shop-Script which violates legal or moral standards, please report it to our support team. Cite details where possible.

Should a reported website utilizing WebAsyst services contain obvious malicious propaganda of violence, terrorism, race or religious strife or pornographic materials, the website will be closed immediately after we receive and verify a report without prior notice to the account owner.

If you have suffered from fraudulent actions of website owners (e.g., ordered products have not been delivered by an online store or you have noticed textual or graphical content violating your or someone else's copyright or patents), the correct procedure in this situation is to submit a written complaint to your local police department. Local authorities can require the web-hosting provider to suspend the corresponding hosting account as requested from a law-enforcement authority and advise you how to file a claim against the online merchant.
